At Onyx & Pearl, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. We currently ship within Australia only and offer free local collection from Parkhurst, Queensland.
Every order is carefully packaged to help protect delicate crystals, home décor, candles and gift items during transit.
Shipping Rates & Costs
Orders under $170
Standard Shipping: $15
Express Shipping: $25
Orders of $170 or more
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $170 or more.
Please note that free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Express shipping charges will apply if selected at checkout.
Free shipping excludes bulky and oversized items that incur additional freight charges due to their size and weight.
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available.
Bulky & Oversized Items
Some oversized, bulky or heavy items are excluded from our standard and free shipping offers due to freight carrier limitations and their weight.
For these items, the following shipping rates apply:
- Weight under 20kg: $25
- Weight from 20kg up to 70kg: $35
Where applicable, bulky-item shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. For orders over 70kg, please contact us before ordering.
Some large or bulky items may be available for local collection only. This will be noted in the product description.
Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
During sale periods, public holidays or peak seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Express shipping timeframes are from when the item is dispatched from our warehouse, not from when the order is placed.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Delivery Options
Standard and Express shipping are available at checkout. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, your parcel may be left in a safe place or taken to a collection point, depending on the carrier and service used.

Local Collection
We offer free local order collection from Parkhurst, QLD.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with collection instructions and available collection times.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arranging collection.

Changes to Your Order
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at amy@onyxandpearl.com.au. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the status of your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional postage charges may apply for redelivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we take every care to ensure orders are dispatched promptly, delivery is managed by third-party carriers and delays can occasionally occur.
If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices and shipping charges displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
