SHIPPING COSTS
Free* local delivery within Rockhampton QLD
Free* standard shipping on orders over $120.00 Australia-wide
$15.00* flat rate for standard shipping on orders Australia-wide
$60.00 max flat rate for standard shipping on TiiPii Bed orders Australia-wide
* Onyx & Pearl dispatches local deliveries once per week, if you require your order urgently, please email amy@onyxandpearl.com.au. If you select free local deliver, but fall outside of the delivery zones, Onyx & Pearl will contact you to arrange payment for postage where applicable.
* Large / bulky items will be quoted at time of purchase. Please note that some large / bulky items may be pick up only. This will be noted in the description.
* EXCLUDES TiiPii Bed Products - refer to flat rate shipping costs for TiiPii Bed products. This is due to the size and weight of these quality products
DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days, but we may need up to 7 business days in times of high volumes. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
You will receive an order confirmation email when you successfully order a product.
You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.
Australia Post is currently experiencing network impacts and delivery delays due to Coronavirus. Please refer to your tracking number or email us at amy@onyxandpearl.com.au for more information on time sensitive orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship Australia wide. Currently we do not ship Internationally.
CONTACTLESS PICKUP
If you are near Parkhurst, Qld warehouse you can pick up your order free of charge.
NOTE: we are not open to the public and all pickups must be arranged prior. Just contact us at amy@onyxandpearl.com.au to schedule a time.
CHANGE TO ORDER
We will attempt to modify your order after it has been placed. Please contact us immediately at amy@onyxandpearl.com.au to request a change to your order. Unfortunately, depending on the status of your order, there are no guarantee.
